Chp. 6: Entity of Susaku

“Say Hotohori.”

“Yes, Mrs. Sayomi?” Hotohori smiled at you.

“Ahhh, I have a specific concern.”

“What would that be?” He asked a little bit of concern since he notice the expression you gave him. You began to explain to him about the incident when you was locked up by the orders of the Governor’s Advisors, Mago. Once you began to enlighten him about their evil scheme, Hotohori became furious. “I cannot believe this! Don’t worry Mrs. Sayomi. Mago and his governor will be punished!” Hotohori squeezes his fists.

“But Hotohori! You cannot just punished them right away. We gotta figure out what their true intentions are.” You exclaimed.

Hotohori grabbed hold of his chin, in a pondering gesture, “Hmmm your right. As much I would like to punish them for this affair, I would look into it Mrs. Lady Sayomi. I promise you that.” He smiles at you.

You nodded and hugged him, “Thank you Hotohori!”

“Hey! You can’t do that to the emperor what’s wrong with you?!” Tamahome yanked my collar, pulling you away from Hotohori.

“What? I can’t hug him?” You raised an eyebrow at him.

“No you can’t he’s the emperor dummy!” He glared at you.

“It’s fine Tamahome. No harm done.” Hotohori announces.

“Nuah!” I stick my tongue out at him. “Say Hotohori, may I ask where your kitchen is?”

“Sure I’ll have one of my servants take you there? Are you hungry? I can have them make you something if you like.” Hotohori answers as one of his servants appears

You shook my head, “No Hotohori that’s ok. Say Tamahome what does Yuiren favorite food?"

“Eh?” Tamahome blinks, “Peach Buns why?”

You brightly smiled while clapping my hands together, “Great! I’ll be right back!” You quickly fallowed the servant towards the kitchen. Both Tamahome and Hotohori were a bit dumbfounded.

*What was that for?* Tamahome ponders.

///At the Kitchen///

“Like this?” You asked the chief as you formed the breading of the peach bun.

“Excellent Lady Sayomi.” The kitchen chief commented.

“Thank you.” You smiled at him, “Please call me Yukina.”

Tamahome was looking for you when he noticed that you were making the peach buns with the chief. He was about to announce his presence when the Kitchen chief spoke, “Yukina, hope what I am about to say doesn’t offend you in anyway, but why did you want me to teach you to how to make peach buns? I could have simply made them for you if you asked.”

You shook my head, “That’s ok. I know I could simply asked you to make you some, but nothing is special than make something you made from your own bare hands for someone.”

“Oh? Who is the special someone?” The chief teased.

“It’s for a little girl named, Yuiren. Peach buns are her favorite according to her brother who saved me. According to him, Yuiren was the one who asked him to save me. So I really grateful to her.” You smiled at the peach buns within you hands. Tamahome was surprised. So that’s why you asked him what was his little sister’s favorite food. He couldn’t help himself but smile at you while you made peach buns.
